Welcome to Natural Birth Mamas!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Your body knows how to create life! Your body also knows how to give birth! This amazing system is already in place!

I’m sure you are enjoying your pregnancy and that you are looking forward to meeting your baby. How do you feel about giving birth?

Many women today have lots of fears and worries about giving birth. From a very young age most of us have been programmed to believe that birth is extremely painful and even dangerous. Birth is portrayed as an emergency situation with women screaming and losing control. This is so far from the truth. The birth of your baby can be a calm, comfortable and empowering experience. Yes, it’s true!

Hypnobirthing teaches that a woman’s body is perfectly designed to give birth, but in order to allow it to work as it was designed to do, we need to let go of all preconceptions, fears and negativity. Letting go is the essence of Hypnobirthing, because when we have freed ourselves from all the negativity we are in a place where we can be in tune with our body, deeply relax and enjoy the experience of giving birth.

Hypnobirthing is made up of a lot of little things that all put together will make a big difference. It is very simple and very logical! Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal education, designed to give you and your birthing partner all the tools you need to have a natural, calm and gentle birth, for you and your baby.

The benefits of Hypnobirthing cannot be underestimated. A gentle calm birth is a hugely empowering experience for both mother and father, and your baby will be born into the world in a calm and peaceful way, greeted by calm, alert and loving parents. This first experience of life will have a huge impact on the rest of his or hers life.

I am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with you!
